For your own health and safety, please do not deviate from the tour group at any time. Visitors are asked not explore the site unaccompanied and should remain with the tour guide at all times. Penn Croft is a fully-functional winery, which can present risks. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues encountered whilst unsupervised.
We operate a no refund policy on all our tours and events. We do not provide refunds for missed events and reservations can only be moved once to a different date subject to 72 hour notice. If the second booking is cancelled at 72 hour notice then we will send product to the value of the ticket(s) or a gift voucher to the value of the purchase.
