We’re looking for a friendly, organised Weekend Cook to join our team at the beautiful Penn Croft Cellar Door café and wine bar.
Hours
- Saturday & Sunday daytimes (approx. 16–18 hrs), with occasional extra shifts in school holidays or to cover weekday shifts.
- No evening work.
Role
- Prepare simple, quality meals for café and wine
tour guests - Present food to a high standard, following food hygiene regs
- Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment
- Work alongside our welcoming Cellar Door team
About You
- Some experience working as a cook in a commercial kitchen
- A natural team player who enjoys working efficiently with others
- Organised and structured in how you plan your day – keeping the kitchen running smoothly
- Able to follow processes, maintain safety guidelines and work to a high standard
- Minimum two years’ experience
- Up-to-date basic food hygiene certificate (or willingness to complete this before starting)
- A genuine passion for good food and presentation!
