Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the prize draw. By participating, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.

The promoter of this prize draw is Penn Croft Vineyards Ltd. Registered office address: Studio 5, The Old Kiln, Penn Croft Farm, Itchel Lane, Crondall, Hampshire, England, GU10 5PX. Registered in England No: 12398097.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands who are aged 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (including parents, children, siblings, spouses, and life partners) of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Internet access is required to enter. Participants must visit penncroftvineyards.com/12daysofchristmas, select the number of prize draw entries to purchase, and complete the online form, providing their full name, telephone number, and email address. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit. Only entries that comply with all instructions will be eligible.
4. Use of Personal Data
All personal data provided by participants will be handled by Penn Croft Vineyards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter's Privacy Notice. By entering, participants consent to the processing of their data for the purposes of this prize draw.
5. Competition Period
The prize draw will run daily, starting on Friday, 12th December 2024, and ending on Tuesday, 23rd December 2024. Entries for each day's draw must be received by 11:59 PM on that day.
6. Responsibility for Entries
The Promoter is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software failures, network issues, or any other events outside its control that may delay or prevent entry submissions. The Promoter accepts no liability for entries lost, incomplete, or not received.
7. Prizes
There is one (1) prize available each day for 12 consecutive days. The specific terms and details of each daily prize will be announced the day before the draw. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
8. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted for each day's draw.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via telephone or email after each daily draw with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Winner Details
The name and country of residence of each winner will be available after each draw by visiting the Promoter's Facebook page. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity as part of accepting their prize.
11. General Terms
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw in exceptional circumstances.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant for breaching these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter's decision in all matters related to this prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
